Service Description
The Live Room includes 2 powered speakers, 2 mics, live mixer & drum set. Clients are encouraged to bring their own equipment if they want more options to play.
Cancellation Policy
Creative Bloc Studios – Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Appointments • All studio sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking system or directly via [email/phone/social media]. • Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. No session is confirmed without being paid in full. 2. Late Arrivals • Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, time will be deducted from your session. • If you’re over 30 minutes late with no contact, your session will be considered a no-show and cancelled without refund. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your session. • Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice can reschedule the session once, using the original deposit. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. • No-shows forfeit the full amount paid and may be required to pay upfront for future bookings. 4. Session Conduct • Respect the space and equipment. Any intentional damage may result in additional charges. • No illegal substances or disruptive behavior is allowed. We reserve the right to end any session without refund if policies are violated. • Absolutely NO SMOKING in the Building, You step outside to do so. 5. Files & Deliverables • Clients must bring their own USB drive or external storage if they want to leave with session files. • All session data is stored for up to [e.g., 30 days]. After that, we cannot guarantee file retrieval.
